Return and Refund Policy for Paradise times

At Paradise times, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or has a printing mistake.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when received.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Returns can be easily initiated through our website. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Go to the “My Orders” section and find the order you wish to return.
  • Click on the “Initiate Return” button next to the relevant item.
  • Select the reason for the return (e.g., damaged or printing mistake), and upload clear photos of the issue.
  • Submit the return request.

Once your return request is submitted, our customer support team will review the details and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The  Refunds will be credited in your bank account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • We will issue a full refund for the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect product or damage).

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Returns requested after 3 days from the delivery date
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items without a printing mistake or damage
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorized outlets

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We will guide you through the return process and either:

  • Offer you a full refund upon receiving the returned item
  • Provide an exchange for a new, undamaged product (if available)

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
